Peek Carbon: a semi-crystalline polymer developed on the basis of the better-known Peek and compatible with 3ntr’s Spectral 30 system, 3ntr’s Peek Carbon is filled with as much as 30% carbon fibre to meet the demands of demanding markets such as aerospace, automotive and oil gas. A high chemical resistance that makes it almost unassailable, together with excellent tensile and flexural mechanical properties, make it a perfect upgrade to the more traditional Peek.
AM200, a superpolymer belonging to the PAEK family and developed by Victrex. AM200 combines high thermal and chemical resistance, mechanical properties with high performances: a unique combination of properties, simulating metal but with the lightness, economy and workability of plastics. The strenght of AM200 is to be recyclable, in order to be used in different ways: from the medical sector to the automotive one, all the way to energy, oil, manifacturing and engineering. Not all the 3D printers are able to extrude super polymers like AM200, but technologies like A4SP and Spectral30 are able to do it, thanks to a dedicate soluble support which is able to guarantee a full process of annealing!
PC ABS V0 is the EN45545 compatible polymer, for rail transport and applications where low flammability is required. The UL94 V0 grade of PC ABS V0 guarantees a post-combustion time after flaming less than 10 seconds. This polymer has double impact resistance compared to normal ABS and can be used up to 100°
nPOWER is a PPS-based polymer compound developed by 3ntr to meet all harsh and aggressive chemical environments. nPOWER is resistant to all chemical compounds and is also self-extinguishing (UL94 V0): perfect, for example, for battery housings.
Ultem 1010 is a high-performance thermoplastic material with exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemicals and wear. It is particularly suitable for aerospace, automotive and medical applications where high performance and reliability are required. It is also certified for food contact according to NSF 51, making it suitable for use in the food industry.
GLASS + is a nylon with higher thermal performance , with hollow glass microspheres to produce less dense, stronger and electrically insulating parts. Excellent in the automotive field.
Nylon + from 3ntr is the ready-made polymer for industrial parts 3D printed. Nylon + offers thermal, chemical and physical resistance. Ideal for making jigs, poka-yoke and tools.
The anti-friction characteristics of IGLIDUR find perfect application with 3ntr multi-extruder machines. By molding parts that combine rigid polymers with IGLIDUR, functional parts with incredible performance can be obtained.
zWAX is the perfect polymer for obtaining moldings for lost wax casting (investment casting). With zWAX it is possible to obtain pieces with special metal alloys with highly respectable mechanical characteristics, often denser and more tenacious than those obtained with laser sintering.
Vibration absorption, gaskets, tool handles, scratch-resistant templates: these are perfect applications for the ELASTO family. Available in the standard (SH 95A) and soft (SH 85A) version.
PETG is the 3ntr 3D polymer suitable for food contact. It offers chemical resistance higher than ABS polymer and a excellent surface finish .
PC ABS better thermal and impact resistance than ABS. PC ABS resists hot water, can be metallized , has better chemical and impact resistance.
A version of high fluidity ABS, for fast prints and with an excellent surface finish. With 0.6 or 0.8 nozzles it is possible to achieve reductions in printing times of up to 50%
ABS HD is the polymer specially created by 3ntr for high speed medical 3D printing . Biocompatible: ISO 10993 1 USP Class VI. Material approved for food contact EU No 10/2011 and 21 CFR FDA.
Elasto High Temperature: a flexible filament with shore 95, perfect for the automotive and racing market. Able to withstand heat up to 125°, far beyond its predecessor TPU 85/95, Elasto Hight Temp. guarantees ultra-high performance in demanding applications where flexibility and strength are essential.
It is a superpolymer used in the aerospace sector (FAR 25.853 certified) which is characterized by high chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance characteristics as well as being FST certified for fire resistance. Also interesting as a material to replace some light metals. It is managed with dedicated breakaway support. Certified for the aeronautical sector and racing use.
nPower Carbon: an entry level techno polymer developed by 3ntr and compatible with all 3ntr 3D printers, in this version loaded with 15% carbon fibre. nPower Carbon is able to reach an operating temperature of 200° and offers good tensile properties which, together with its excellent chemical and thermal resistance, make it perfect for chemical, oil gas and automotive applications.
CARBON + is the 3ntr nylon that uses carbon fibers to reach the peak of mechanical strength and with considerable thermal resistance. CARBON + polymer excels when you need maximum stiffness, at reasonable prices.
ABS is the most common polymer in 3D printing. Good surface quality, it can be finished (sandblasted, painted, glued) or co-printed with many other polymers to obtain functional parts.
ABS ESD + is a specific polymer for handling sensitive electronic parts. If you work with CMOS and other very sensitive electronic devices, ABS ESD + is the 3D printing polymer for you.
