AM200, a superpolymer belonging to the PAEK family and developed by Victrex.
AM200 combines high thermal and chemical resistance, mechanical properties with high performances: a unique combination of properties, simulating metal but with the lightness, economy and workability of plastics.
The strenght of AM200 is to be recyclable, in order to be used in different ways: from the medical sector to the automotive one, all the way to energy, oil, manifacturing and engineering.
Not all the 3D printers are able to extrude super polymers like AM200, but technologies like A4SP and Spectral30 are able to do it, thanks to a dedicate soluble support which is able to guarantee a full process of annealing!
