Large-Format Composite Printing

Heron AM

Caracol's robotic platform for high-performance polymers and continuous fibre-reinforced composite pellets (Fused Granulate Fabrication). A 6+ axis industrial robot arm enables non-planar toolpaths and unconventional slicing at 45°/60° angles, so complex large parts can be built without the layer-line weaknesses of flat-bed printing.

Robotic Metal Printing

Vipra AM

A robotic metal additive platform based on Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM/DED), available in two head configurations — Vipra XQ for precision work and Vipra XP for high-productivity large-scale parts. A 9-axis robot and positioner kinematics handle complex, non-planar metal geometries in stainless steel, titanium, aluminium and nickel alloys.
