Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and shown excluding VAT. UK VAT at the current rate and delivery are added and displayed before you pay.
• Payment is taken securely by Stripe by debit or credit card and other methods shown at checkout. AM Futures does not see or store your card details.
• Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send you confirmation. If a price or description is clearly wrong, or an item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment for the affected item.

Delivery (UK mainland)

• Delivery is charged by order value (excluding VAT): £12 for orders under £30, £25 for orders from £30 up to £100, and £50 for orders of £100 or more.
• We deliver to UK addresses. For deliveries elsewhere, or for pallet and bulk quantities, please contact us for a quote.
• Delivery times depend on stock. We will email you if there is a delay.

Returns and cancellations

• If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods and return unused items in their original, sealed packaging. Please contact us first for a returns authorisation. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or was not as described.
• Opened filament spools, resin bottles and pellet bags that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will replace or refund it.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Product names, images, colours and datasheets are supplied by FormFutura. Colours shown on screen are indicative; please ask us for physical samples if colour matching matters.
